1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Codepackr at https://www.codepackr.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Permitted Use & Commercial License
Codepackr utilities are provided 100% free for personal, educational, non-profit, commercial, and enterprise software engineering workflows without licensing fees, paywalls, or usage quotas.
3. 100% User Code & Data Ownership
You retain complete, exclusive ownership and all intellectual property rights to any source code, data, JSON, XML, EDI files, or queries you process through Codepackr. Codepackr asserts zero ownership, licenses, or rights over your inputs or generated outputs.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Codepackr for distributed denial of service attacks, abusive scraping, malware distribution, or unauthorized security exploits.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties (“As Is”)
All tools and documentation are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Developers should audit calculations and cryptographic outputs in staging environments before production use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codepackr and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
